Apartments

All apartments have 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bath.

Each apartment has central air, electric heat, individual furnace and water heater, garbage disposal and private patio.

Utilities that are included: water, sewage, and trash removal.

Residents are responsible for: electric and optional utilities including telephone and cable TV.

Each resident with a vehicle will be assigned one parking space.

Ten apartments are handicap accessible.
