Applicants must be 62 years of age, or disabled; U.S. citizens or persons with eligible immigration status; and meet the income guidelines.
Anyone who wishes to rent an apartment or be placed on Southview Court’s waiting list must complete an application packet.
Application packets are available upon request at Southview Courts, 615 W High St., Liberty, IN 47353 or may be downloaded below and returned to our office.
All information will be verified in accordance with HUD regulations and requirements, as stated in HUD handbook 4350.3 Rev-1, Change 2.
Tenant Selection Plans are available to all applicants upon request.

Waiting list
If no apartments are available at the time you submit your application, your name will be placed on a waiting list, after verifying qualifications for the property. When a vacancy becomes available an applicant is selected from the waiting list in chronological order. The waiting list is kept strictly confidential.
